Located 30 minutes south of Cholet, the Puy du Fou park is the most popular tourist site in the region. Awarded multiple times, "No. 1 Theme Park in Europe" in 2023, the park welcomes more than 2 million visitors per year. The park creates theatrical reconstructions of different periods of history. One of Europe's most beautiful zoos, the ZooParc de Beauval is home to an incredible 600 species, including France's only giant pandas and their baby, Yuan Meng, born here in August 2017.
